REMARKS

The conduct of the ball.

20 1.- The group ring the carrier of the ball A. in the center. who passes it .This one is blocked by the receiver. After the block this is carried out towards A.

Variation:To impose to control and to send back with the push, then with the flick and at-last according the arrival of the ball.

-It is the search of the precision of the pushes in the relation between the carrier and the shot and the adaptation to a moving environment.

-To insist on the direction of the foot anterior directed towards the partner. (for the precision of the push.)

2- Two players, one behind the other. Each one with a ball. The second continues the first and does all that does it , using the whole width of the area.

Variation : To be in the face with a partner who is moving and to do as in a mirror all that he does .

 - It is the adaptation to unforeseeable situations.

-To avoid to be centred on the ball.

-To vary as much as possible : displacements, stops and changes of direction.

 3. In a small surface delimited by benches or beams: 4 or 5 players each one with a ball and a stick. Each one must go to touch the 4 sides of the surface carrying out the most possible rebounds.

-It is the adaptation to unforeseeable situations. -It is the search of the control of the conduct of the ball and off-centring compared to the ball .

-To avoid touching a partner.

-To use the push and the flick.

4. Two players progress with only one ball. Slalom, to pass the ball to the partner and to take his place. The ball always remains in the medium.

Variation : The criss-cross. As previously but progression with three players.

-It is the search of the control of the conducts of ball and the modalities of propulsion.

-Approach of the concept of support in the attack.

- To always pass the ball before the partner and to circumvent him by the back.

-To use the push and the flick.

5.Two players separated from 3 m. progress with each one a ball. They progress along the ground by exchanging their balls.

Variation: To put some series all the 5 m. of 4 cones and separated from 1 m. The players exchange their balls after the slalom between the cones after one serie.

- Each player must progress with two or three pushes before to pass.

-To adapt the velocity of the displacement at its of his partner.

6.Two players with one ball. They progress along the lateral beam with the push. With turn of role they make a rebound on beam recovering the ball pushed by their partner.

Variation:The same thing with the flick.

- To preserve the same angle of rebound without to lose the ball.

-After the push , to pass behind the partner to leave him the field of game free.

PROPULSION , SHOOTS AND BLOCKS

1.Two players, face to face , separated from 15 m with a ball. Each one carried out a shooting with the push on the partner who returns with the push after the right block

Variations:a) The same exercise with the flick.

b)To do to precede the shot by a progression of 2 or 3 steps.

 - For blocking, to bend the legs rather than to lean the trunk .

-To place its feet before to shot and to accompany the ball far in front of while advancing by two steps.

-Not to raise the the stick.

 - Two players with a ball. The receiver blocks the ball with the right block then he put the ball on his left and and return with the flick.

Variation : The same thing that previously but to block with the stick and return with the flick.

-To bend the legs during the control. It is the ball which is moved and not the player.

2.Two players with a ball , separated from 9 m. The player A. is with the stop . The player B. progresses and passes the ball. The player A. controls the ball then shooting in right push to pass the ball between the two cones.

Variations : a) The same exercise with the flick.

b)To vary the blocks either upright with the head of the stick either with the stick lying on the ground.

c) To shot without to stop the ball at the reception. The ball should not be struck (no pendular motion ), for that the stick must always to rub the ground with its head then to push the ball.

d) The two players progress at the same time.

e) To place the player who shot at the center and then at the wings.

 - To require the stop of the ball before the shooting.

-To direct his left foot towards the target at the time of the shooting.

-To push the body forwards by lowering his center of gravity.

-Not to strike the ball, not to raise the ball and the stick

3.To work the scoop. Two players face to face and separated with 9 m. The player A. shots. the player B. puts his stick on the ground, not much tilted. so that it serf of springboard to take of the ground.

Variations:-To put obstacles at various heights to vary the trajectory of the ball.

-The same exercise in the goal.

-The stick is no much tilted.

To study the incidence of the position of the stick on the angle of take-off of the ball. with equal power of shooting.

Relation winger-center. Two players progress with a ball. The wingers pas the ball in the center and goes to the wing then he received the ball in the shooting circle and shots running.

Variation: The winger passes at the center who shots.

-The pass must be precise so that the player can to shot without stopping running nor moving back.

4.To work the scoop: Two players are at the top of the shooting circle. The player A, on the right from the ground, shots in direction of the center of the goal. The player B. enters in the shooting circle while running , he puts his stick on the ground and carried out a scoop.

Variation : The same exercise but without the scoop : The ball is pushed towards the right post . The head of the stick on the ground makes deviate the ball towards the right post.

-The player shooting must to start at the time of the start of the ball .

-Thus it must adapt the position of each player on the field of game.

-Not to put two knees at ground. (rules)

 5. Two players with one ball., separated from 9 m. The one passes the ball towards his partner. This one is on the ground , a leg bent on the ground and the other tended laterally. (rules of the corner) . The stick holding with two hands , he stops the ball with the flat side with one or two contacts. .

-The ball should not make a turn on itself. (rules of corner).

-The hand should no touch the ball.

-To gradually seek the increase in the power of the pass.

 6. -Two lines of 5 players face to face, separated from 10 m. The first player of the line A. leads the ball then he passes to the first player of the line B. and takes its place. This controls the ball, conducts it and passes to the second player of the line A. and take its place etc..

-To search the precision of the pass.
