REMARKS.

  1.Two teams with each one 6 player on an half-area. The team (A) is in a delimited zone of 10x10 m. The team (B) is to 10 m on a starting base. Each player of the team( B) has a ball.. At the signal, the first player of (A) as soon as possible leads his ball towards a cones which is circumvented and returns towards his partner to who he passes the ball .

At the time of the departure of the player (A) the player (C) launches a ball towards the zone of the team (B) . The player of this team must make five passes between them. When the five passes are made, the ball is passed to (C).

 

It is the team who ball arrives the first on the basis of departure which make one point. The first team which marks three points win the match.

Variations : -To ask to the team (B) to make only pass in push or in flick.

- To put cones on the course of (A) and to impose the slalom on the rising part of the way.

 -To adapt the course of conducting the ball to give to each team the chances to win.

-Each player of the team (B) must touch the ball.C

- To authorize the rebound on the beams

 

  2.Two teams of five players on whole field of game .The players place themselves where they want. The coach launches the ball the ball anywhere on the floor. To score one point , a team will have to recover the ball and to make at least three successive pass without it being touched by a adversary. The team which marks five points wins.

Variations: - a match of 5 minutes.

-To vary the numbers of pass according to the level of the players.

-To explain and to introduce the concept of support to avoid the regrouping of all the players .

-To allot a half- ground to each team. After the first reception of the ball by a team, to impose that two players remain in their zone of defence to ensure the support.

 - To impose strict rules on the rising, the pushing and the raising of the ball.

- to explain the principle of unmarkage.

-To use the rebound on the beams and also on the back line when it is possible.

 
 
 3.play on half-ground. To put some cones to replace the goals and draw a zone of shooting to 3 m.
 

 

  4. Play on the whole area : to put two cones at the center of the floor . To score a point, the players will have to make pass the ball between the cones without penetrating in the central circle

 

Variation: To impose to each team the direction of penetration of the ball between the cones.

 -To respect the rules.

-To seek to occupy the most place on the floor while deviating from its partners.

  5. Play on ground of basketball. To put two cones in each circle to represent the goals. Each team marks in the camp of the adversary.

Variation : There is the possibility of marking with any aim in the condition of making cross the center line by the ball before an attack.P

 -The ball should not come out put of the field of the game.

- Prohibition on entry in the circle.I
